Natalie Krahmer
Natalie Krahmer has developed proteomic workflows to systematically map organelle compositions and interactions with a focus on LD composition and LD/organelle contact sites. In addition, she investigates how protein localization and modification correlate and how organelle proteomes are regulated by metabolic signaling pathways using phospho-proteomics.
